As a former Royal Marine, Garry understands just how good it feels when you’re able to push both your body and your mind to an elite level. Unfortunately, he also knows how frustrating it can feel when injury strikes and how challenging life can be when adapting to these new changes.
Since 2004, his Mind, Body and Nutrition approach has helped hundreds of able and less able bodied clients improve how they look, feel and perform.
As a National Master Trainer and Lead Coach, he’s also helped to manage and educate hundreds of Personal Trainers and Fitness Instructors across the UK.
In 2008, he became the 1st fully certified M.A.T Specialist
in Scotland and is a certified coach with Precision Nutrition.
Andy is a BSc (Hons) graduate in Sport, Health, and Exercise. With nearly 10 years of experience working within the fitness and leisure industry, Andy has worked with hundreds of clients all with the aim of improving their health and fitness.
Also a REPS level 4 instructor, Andy is qualified to give exercise and nutritional advice to a wide range of individuals at multiple health levels.
Fascinated by the latest research, numbers, and data, he has plenty of knowledge and advice to pass on for gaining optimal results.
In 2016, he qualified as a Precision Nutrition coach and is fully focused on delivering exceptional nutritional advice to those who are prepared to make changes for the better.
Rikke is a Level 3 certified trainer who has 10+ years of combined experience teaching fitness classes in Denmark, USA, and Scotland. Highly qualified as an Advanced Instructor in Les Mills BodyBalance and BodyCombat, she is also a qualified Group Cycle Instructor.
Her key focus is on changing the perception of strength training in females and believes “strong is the new sexy”.
A former Scottish League Handball player, Rikke is passionate about health and fitness and unlocking the potential within all clients.
Still learning in various areas, she is now learning to become a Precision Nutrition qualified coach and will soon be specialising in post and anti natal exercise.
