What Is Lean 3
Lean In 3 is our uniquely designed Personal Coaching Course.
For 3 months, we will track not only your nutrition and exercise habits, but also your hydration, sleep, and stress levels, which we know all have a big impact on the energy and performance of your body.
Recieve a personalised weekly report. You will have your own dedicated coach who will guide you towards better health and a leaner physique.

We know that knowledge and education is not always enough for everyone. Sometimes you need a bit more guidance. Sometimes you need some accountability. Sometimes you just enjoy working with someone else towards achieving your goals. Who doesn’t, right?
With Lean In 3, you will get your own dedicated coach who will work closely with you. Your coach will deliver to you a WEEKLY PERSONALISED PDF REPORT with the strengths and weaknesses of your lifestyle and nutrition. They will also answer any questions you may have at any point in your journey with us.
We have our own uniquely designed PDF report which will be sent to you each week. This report will colour code your lifestyle and nutrition performance over the previous week. The coach will then add his personal thoughts and improvement plan designed to have you improving your lifestyle and nutrition.
Your coach has the aim of keeping you on track and making your goals realistic and achievable. They will make sure you know exactly what you are doing and why you are doing it.
PUSH YOUR LIMITS
Over time you will start to see the changes in your lifestyle making a difference in not only your physique but also your mindset. We want you to feel more in control of your life and will work hard to do so.

In addition to your weekly reports, your coach will also direct you to our own private online community where you will be able to interact with our other previous and current Lean In 3 members.
At at our studio in Edinburgh we have filmed many videos where we offer short, simple but effective strategies on improving your external environment. Need some advice on improving your kitchen or reducing peer pressure? We have it!
Each week we will direct you to one of our videos which fits into the overall balance of life. These videos will let you see who we are, as well how we act (we are very sensible of course!).
Social media is everywhere and we want to make the best use of it by including you into our private group. We can share ideas, motivate each other, and learn to make longterm life changing habits.
We are very keen in making sure you do not feel overwhelmed in life. We direct and share with you some of the best free stress management techniques that we know of.
